SPECIAL FEATURES:

Love will be in the air at this month’s event keeping with the spirit of Walentynki or Valentine’s Day that Poles have begun adopting, too. Our featured beer will be the award-winning Lomza, a slightly sweet lager. Our vodka, will the crisp rye-flavoring of Sobieski, from Poland’s Mazowsze Province in the central great plain.

Our music will be selected from a collection of Polish love songs like the popular "Bo jestes ty" by Krzysztof Krawczyk and, my personal favorite, Bahamas’ Karolina z moich snów.
To play to theme of love in your life at 7 P.M. we will review some Polish courting traditions (one involves being tied together?!) and perhaps even a game or two!

Café Cimmento will feature some special appetizers in addition to its regular menu, and we will provide a tasty DESSERT BUFFET. Including a special treat from Dove Chocolates compliments of Marie Martin, our Dove independent chocolatier.

The next Polish Happy Hour Youngstown will be March 12th at the Boxcar Lounge where will take advantage of the riverfront location and drowning the marzanna! More details to come!

NOTE: Polish Happy Hour Youngstown will experience a WEEK CHANGE in April due to Holy Week. PHH will be celebrated on Thursday, April 2nd More details to come! In addition to our favorite Polish beer, Zywiec, we will be taking another look at Żubrówka

in the form of Bison Grass Vodka with a peppery, winter version for a signature drink. Our music

will be selected from a collection of Polish Folk music (ie., Poland’s version of Peter, Paul and Mary) here.
